No, unfortunately it is not possible to upload files larger than 1MB. We have limited the file size because many of our customers are still using a slightly older version of the robot.
This takes much longer to call up videos and music files than the new Android models. Since this has often led to problems, we had to limit the file size to 1MB.
If you want to play longer Mörchen, you unfortunately have to split the file into smaller ones and upload them individually. I am aware that this is tedious with larger stories. However, the sound system is intended for small, short noises that make the robot more lively than for long novels.
Another option would be that you look for the fairy tale in text form and then let Pepper read it out in a slideshow. In principle, it comes out the same, and if you cleverly interrupt it with question slides in between, you can even create a kind of pause function. Because Pepper doesn't have a play and pause button when playing an audio file. So it would always start from the beginning if it was interrupted.
